Y's View

Me, Myself & I

The frame of mind you’re in when you’re scrolling through your LinkedIn feed, posting or commenting, is different from your frame of mind on Instagram. Which is different from the way you feel when you’re on Facebook.

Why then, would l hit you with the same creative and copy on all channels?

Depending on how I’m presenting it, and what I’m saying, you’ll ignore me on at least two of the three platforms, right?

Well, because it’s easy to make one creative visual, write one copy, post the same thing on all platforms, and pray that it sticks.

I have more chance of getting your attention if I craft my message for the frame of mind you’re in. With the hyperfocus targeting that social media platforms allow, I can even craft and show a different message for each customer persona.

Who said marketing is supposed to be easy?
